I've got and offer with contract agency for Linkedin. All LinkedIn company shutdowns and holidays, as well as mental days are unpaid, not even talk about PTO. LinkedIn guys, can you please list how many days the company will be closed in November and December. I am thinking if it's even worth to go to the contract role, taking in account unpaid holidays.

The rate is low, without stocks and holiday pay I can loose a huge chunk of money, since I am FTE right now.
Wondering, how possible to become a FTE after 6 months contract? Seems like a huge risk for me. Not sure if it worth the hassle
