Got offer from LivePerson for a Management position. I am comfortable at my current job. It is just that I don’t wanna get too comfortable. What do you guys think?
Any idea about LivePerson company? How is the work life balance and growth opportunity?

    Had a chat with them for a Sr.EM position. It’s the only company that I decided not to join after an initial conversation with the recruiter. The recruiter was clueless and disrespectful, which sort of speaking of the company.

      Lol I also spoke to a recruiter from there for an Eng role who was quite clueless, sounded a bit stoned honestly and cut me off a couple times. I’m not sure I would hold that against the company so much as you do but was a bit off putting for sure.

  • Is that TC the offer or your current? Here it definately depends on the team, but generally great WL balance in my experience.

  • After reading posts about LP, it seemed a lot of folks had bad impression about HR.

    I joined LP two years ago from Amazon. The recruiter at that time was good. I joined LP. I don't regret the decision.

    But LP's hiring is team specific, make sure the team's work is what you like. I was lucky to join a team with the kind of work I liked.

    I had to say, LP is not perfect with a lot of its own problems. But, if you like good WLB, decent pay, and in general not that stressful working culture, choose a good team and join.
