Is that TC the offer or your current? Here it definately depends on the team, but generally great WL balance in my experience.

Did you already decide if you are trying it?

Had a chat with them for a Sr.EM position. It’s the only company that I decided not to join after an initial conversation with the recruiter. The recruiter was clueless and disrespectful, which sort of speaking of the company.

Lol I also spoke to a recruiter from there for an Eng role who was quite clueless, sounded a bit stoned honestly and cut me off a couple times. I’m not sure I would hold that against the company so much as you do but was a bit off putting for sure.

After reading posts about LP, it seemed a lot of folks had bad impression about HR. I joined LP two years ago from Amazon. The recruiter at that time was good. I joined LP. I don't regret the decision. But LP's hiring is team specific, make sure the team's work is what you like. I was lucky to join a team with the kind of work I liked. I had to say, LP is not perfect with a lot of its own problems. But, if you like good WLB, decent pay, and in general not that stressful working culture, choose a good team and join.
