Wow, Upstart is up 15x since listing and that is already a premium over what pre-IPO RSUs were. SeekingAlpha says there is still 5x (!!!) long term upside to UPST, which would make any employee extremely rich as a regular senior $400k pre ipo grant would be worth $30M.
