DevOps .. does it have a boundary?

This is the problem for every DevOps engineer. I am a so called "DevOps" engineer myself.. sometimes I even doubted am I doing DevOps or Infra or SRE. Ultimately there are many tools/tech and associated concepts, which is more than enough to break my confidence.

I always wanted to get some specialization in a area or two only. I have 10 YOE and I wanted a switch but lack of confidence on interviews. Because I don't have a clue where the question will be from, because DevOps covers everything what a core developer does not do.

From most of the JDs:
Cloud
Strong in a programming language(python/go)
Strong in scripting language(shell)
CICD pipelines (Jenkins)
Build tools(docker, mvn, sbt, mom,etc)
Strong Linux skills
Networking concepts
Kubernetes / Docker
Logging
Monitoring
Security & Compliance (code qual, vulnerability etc)
Config management/automation(ansible, chef, pup etc)
Terraform/CF etc.
Database (postgres/elasticsearch)

After all this knowledge on big data/etl (spark/scala/Kafka/MR) is a plus.

In reality a person with a strong experience in all this area is there? I worked in all of this areas but how do I clear a interview with such expectations. Any suggestions on this would really helpful.
