Had a recruiter reach out for a Director of Product position for the Nike Digital org.

Is their tech transformation a real deal? Would you recommend joining? Any insights would be appreciated.

Also, I have heard a lot about their slow decision making with hiring. if there’s someone who interviewed with them, can you please share how long it took them to make an offer?

Agreed - some take MONTHS some take days. Just depends on the org, the role and whether or not you’re signing on as an ETW or FTE

I mean, look at the stock. We're killing it. We've been bringing on more and more experienced people who helped shape and transform e-commerce.

  • They just recruited ServiceNow's former CEO, so I'd say it's the real deal

I ended up getting an offer about 10 days after my on-site, but that was because I had already started receiving offers from other places I interviewed :)
