Changing job for RSUs for potential post-pandemic boost - worth or not?

Hey everyone,

Considering some serious drops on the stock market, do you think it's a good moment to change jobs with hope that RSUs will appreciate well after coronavirus is done with? Or do you think that it's better for strong cash-only comps? What would you do?

( Of course this assumes that either you lost some money because of coronavirus stock crash or you didn't have much stock to begin with )
