    Good benefits. If you can figure out the mental health benefits they cover everything at 100%. Bonus is almost always paid. Pay has not kept up with the industry and senior leadership knows this. They’re trying to do something to fix it but slow to react.

    WLB is really good though.

    Good benefits, 6% 401k match, free Internet and tv if you’re in comcast footprint. The actual work experience depends a lot on your specific org and management.

    Interview process is a mess, but benefits are good once you’re in. Pay is pretty standard/average for engineers. Work culture is apparently pretty relaxed though.
