Does anyone here work in Software Development at Align Technology in the Raleigh-Durham area? This is the company that makes the Invisalign dental aligners. Apparently, they also do a bunch of other possibly interesting stuff. What is it like working with this company?

  • Make sure you ask right questions to hiring manager on what you will be exactly doing, how collaborative teams are etc. Align’s leadership is visionary and company’s culture is good too but there are some bad apples too! Keep that in mind.

  • I am currently working there but not in the mentioned location. When I joined its a good company with so much challenges in every day job. From past one year there are So many changes in upper management and now its not in healthy environment . But it all depends on team and their managers.

    It's a great company, pays ok, amazing work culture. Many events and team building exercises. I loved working there. Triangle is a nice area. Not close to downtown but many software companies there.

    A recruiter contacted me about a software development engineer in test role in Raleigh for some of their machine learning projects. I'm not sure if there are any general SDE roles. The job description was quite exciting, hence my asking this question here.
