What car to buy ?

I am a new driver and not able to decide what I should buy

Tesla Model 3
Pro: amazing car and love the way it drives , latest tech and in my use case has lots of help in terms of lane change on highway , parking assist etc
Con: too expensive ( close to 50k out to door )

Accord Hybrid
Pro: great gas mileage ( close to 30k out to door )
Con : if I buy this I would keep for 3 years and then buy Tesla later once I know how to drive properly

I feel car is a depreciating asset and don’t want to spend a ton of money on car . Want to buy a home soon

TC : 250k
YOE : 5
Single Female and no other dependents
