Offer tc 150k including 5k equity per year.

    • got a similar offer from a series B start up in the bay (4K/year) as the first full time software engineer. Told them equity was too low, and that I was hoping for 30-40k worth of equity per year at least per year. They ghosted me after lmao. This was after 8 rounds of interview over 2 months. Good luck!!!
