Hey everyone,

DMs or comments are appreciated but I was wondering if anyone could help shed some insight on the interview process for a SDE 2 at Redfin. Insight from a current employee would be even more appreciated.

I've done leetcode prep before for past interviews. But I want to be smarter about my prep this time around.

    I’m interviewing for SWE 2 iOS at Redfin right now. Process is pretty simple and easy going so far.

    1. Recruiter phone screen / chat

    2. 1 hour behavioral zoom call with senior engineering manager also super chill just be ready for questions involving conflicts and projects you’re working on and leadership experience

    3. Take home assessment build an app - no specific time limit but should take 3-4 hours

    4. On-site a few stages with ds/algo leetcode medium, review the app you built with other engineers and more behavioral questions

    I just barely submitted my take home project and am waiting for feedback now to hopefully move to on-site
