Need to pick between amazon and Google’s healthcare plans for our family of four, both kids are under 5.

Details:
-NYC location
- we typically do spend 2-3 k on deductible for the kids’ sick visits etc

    Microsoft is the best in terms of health insurance benefits. You pay nothing for the insurance, and they would pay for you and your family. But their pay sucks big time.

      @Dropbox, Microsoft pays for all monthly premiums for dependents too. But if you have a working spouse , you will be charged 75 per paycheck.
      For actual doctor visits and pharmacy, we will have to pay. Microsoft pays 2000 per year to hsa. There are certain preventive visits which are “free”.

      I was at Microsoft long time ago. Seems things have changed. As far as I remembered we paid almost nothing for insurance and doctor visit. Sad. Microsoft used to pay well and have best benefits.

    Meta has excellent insurance for both you and your dependents. And pay for dependents is minimal in comparison to many of the other companies.

    On an individual basis I don think there's a huge difference, but for dependents Amazon has the typical policy of having the employee pay for it. Idk about Google
