Had my first plaid interview last week so I was hoping today I'll hear back. I didn't. How long did it take others to hear back?

      I felt like I did well. Rejection seemed arbitrary to me.

      Similar experience as above. Took weeks to hear anything and had to nudge them for info. Rejected, despite doing well in my opinion, with vague explanation.
