Amazon is offering me SDE1 position in Seattle. The compensation they have offered me includes
120K base
50K Sign-on
70K stocks
I am currently making 120K base + 20K sign-on in Bay Area. I have total 3.5 years of work experience - Cisco and HPE.
Is this a good offer? Shall I give it up and try again in few months?
