I am looking to move into a Strategy & Ops role. Have been a Product Manager in the past. Currently do Mergers and Acquisitions. Any tips on resources to study for Strategy & Ops interviews, content you can point me to.

    Can you tell me your motivation to do so? I have considered the same a few times but have been told that it’s a bad move because Bizops makes much lower $$ than PMs.

    Thank you for your feedback. To move back to Prod Mgmt will be harder as I have sort of lost touch with technology. From what I am hearing and seeing, even more PMs are expected to have technical chops

    BizOps are glorified analysts imo. Do not create value but create noise with their ex-consulting frameworks and busy slides….do not make the move
