I got contacted about Desktop support roles at these firms and Glassdoor has mixed reviews on them. Anyone got any inside info regarding on the culture, work/life balance, pay and benefits?

  Heard really bad things from colleagues that went there. Essentially it is a revolving door with money as bait in glass case that’s hard to get.

  Citadel will burn you out if you feel that way about Millennium, know a few folks there and they left after 1.5 years. Consider the smaller arms within these places too like Cubist within Point72, usually have a more insulated culture. No insight into Viking or HPS, sorry

tenure at citadel usually is short like bridgewater

  P72 is a downgrade from MLP. Citadel is going to be worse, or at least the same, in terms of WLB. If you get an offer from Jane Street, take it.
