Any room to negotiate for Upstart offer?

Got a verbal offer from Upstart for a non-eng Sr. role. Wondering if there's room to get a little bit more on the base and more RSUs. Fully remote and I'm based in an MCOL area

Offer:
Base - 167k
RSU - 194K (Over 4 years)
Bonus - 15%
