Where should I go with my career?

I've been in Customer Service for about 5 years and I have dabbled a bit in Customer Success. Currently I work at a startup as a "Recruiter" but I don't source candidates just interview them.

I really don't know where I want my cat to go. I like helping people but I liked my experience in Customer Success where it was a lot of meetings and brainstorming. I don't mind the B2C side but I feel like I could do a lot more and I did enjoy the B2B side. I also really like it when I have a lot flexibility which is why I've been doing WFH jobs only for the past 2 years.

Personally, I like taking ownership of a product or an idea and executing it fully. I like helping my coworkers and just want to make sure they succeed. It really does basically come down to me enjoying to help people but not wanting to stay in entry level the entire time.

If any one has any insight of what I should pursue it would be much appreciated!!

I definitely feel like I am good fit for Customer Success! I've had friends tell me I'm a good fit for project management but I don't really know what it entails or the first steps to get onto that path!
