Have 12 years experience in Hardware domain,EMC, Signal/power Integrity, Electromagnetic Design, Cadence Virtuoso XL Layout Design, DC DC Converters, RF systems, Power Amplifier Design(GaN device). Apply to all the semiconductor companies in the Bay Area, and there are lesser known ones who do power semiconductors (MPS does switching power supply ICs, TI of course, maybe Marvell has some power stuff, pretty sure Tesla has some stuff). Google/Facebook might have some stuff too for possibly custom datacenter equipment, or consumer products. Look at Amazon too.
By the way Elon Musk said to DM him on Twitter if you can work on his neural implant project. He was looking for some power expertise. Try that ! Do send him a DM ! And send me a PM if it works :)

And don't start by ΅I need...", start with what you can bring them. Show them your expertise will help them build the ambitious product they want to build. And then explain the 15 days deadline
PS: With your 15 days deadline, something as crazy as Musk pushing your resume and cutting corners is probably your best bet... you need something quick from a company with lawyers to process your H1B and this is normally mutually exclusive.
