Working with Fragomen but response seems to be very slow. Any tectic to push them politely to get work done ? #Fragomen

    Pathetic incompetent abs inefficient firm, they recently got fired from 25+ Fortune 500 accounts as they messed up green card applications of 1000s of employees..

    My previous employer used FL based Fragomen and they certainly are slow. Took freaking 4 months to file my 140 after they had everything to file. Sometimes would not respond or return calls/emails. Once I had to warn them through my HR for failure to respond and that we are going with other firm.

    They are very good at getting corporate companies as clients. They are not your friend. They serve the company. Like many companies fragomen treats immigrant poorly just because they can. They are inefficient. They are slow. They don't have accountability. If your company hr or manager care about you then ask them to find out anything you want as fragomen serves them and not you.
