Layoffs - better mortgage

Hi all! As some of you may already know, Better mortgage is headed for another round of massive layoffs. I’m looking to get ahead of it. Really have loved working at a start up and in the finance industry and would like to continue that path. I am not on the tech side of things but more of the operational day to day side. I see a lot of helpful posts regarding referrals for great companies but they seem to be more aligned for developers, engineers, etc. Is there anyone who has any referral or is hiring for a more remote operational role?
