I'm currently working as a contractor at Sam's club almost one year throught two projects and starting new one. From last week, I received an email that they would like to bring me to full time employee. Today I received an offer. Base: 87K, bonus: 20%, stock 6K, PTO: 21 days included holidays, 10% off at Walmart store. TC: 110K. YOE: 4 years Degree: Master degree Could you guys give me the recommend? Does they open for negotiated?
10% works on gift cards too? that would be a nice way to increase TC.
Why only SEII? That TC is much lower than CA office.
For sure, CA office is more expensive than Arkansas. Could you give me ideas about the range TC?
SEIII 130k base upto 19% bonus, 20k/yr stock vesting over 4 years. Not great by any standard in the valley.
They should be open to negotiating

I talked with recruiter about that, Do they have any limitation about that? He said 10% for grocery
