I’ve been a CSM for the past 4 years and I think I’m a bit burned out from all the account balancing. I’d love to transition to a more internal, non-customer facing role but I don’t know which roles besides more CSM I would be suited for. Where can these skills best transfer for similar or higher pay and no account management aspect

    I would outline your transferrable skills. Okay you were in CSM but for what industry? Do you access software or online systems? How is your typing speed and comprehension of technical concepts? What was your previous experience? Do you have previous experience that you can leverage?

    Your first question is what do you want to do or what can you envision yourself doing?

    From there, you can look up job descriptions and review their required or preferred skills. Some companies will allow on the job training, or you can take the time to upskill in your down time and bring those skills to the table.
