I been having interviews lately. Specially virtual on-sites. Most of the times I’m fine but today something crazy happen.
I was in a coding round and the question was kind of difficult (DFS with adjacency list) and I was struggling to put together the list and coming up with the result. Half way through the interview I started to get really nervous because I just didn’t know how to approach the problem. Then I started with the cold sweat and dizziness and I couldn’t concentrate anymore. I ended up throwing up while in the interview. I had really low blood pressure. So the interviewer saw me throwing up in the floor. I asked for a minute to grab some water. When I came back I asked the interviewer if we could finish with the interview because I wasn’t feeling well.
What happen? I just put too much pressure on me to solve the problem and my mind went blank. I probably didn’t get it, but I tried.
How do you handle anxiety while interviewing?

It's not that bad right? You just keep trying until you get into a company you like.
2) Remember your worst case outcome is continuing to work at FB and you likely won't see the person who interviewed you again
3) If you really have no clue how to solve it, bow out. "Hey I really don't know how to approach this one, I don't want to waste any more of your time". I actually did this once lol
