    Ours just lists out what seems like a hundred phrases from fortune cookies and tried to cover everything about anything. It’s really just a complete meaningless mess going everywhere at once.

    The company's senior leadership is the one which flouts any or all of these core values when they wish :) ... Core values seem more like a way to tame most of the employees
