New engineer at Amazon here. I expected my team to work on groundbreaking features, but all I see on my team’s roadmap are one or two new features and a bunch of campaigns, security, internal migrations etc. Seems like the move fast and break things adage is a lie.
Is it like this at other FAANGMULA+ companies too? If I want to work on new features should I jump to a smaller company?
