I'm not gonna waste any more time on it. It was already a massive waste clicking on it but I was just so dumbfounded by the original title, which has since been edited to at least include their current role and YOE. But yeah, idk I'm just so confused. Good luck out there.
I don't think companies are filling US roles by interviewing candidates directly from India. Since you're based out of India, it's not easy to get an interview call in the first place. The primary reason is that there is no guarantee to get a Visa. H1B visa goes through lottery process.
Anyways you can try your luck by applying to US roles and see if recruiters are processing your candidature.
You should update your post with details that you're based out of India ( not just Indian guy). That will help people to give you better suggestions.

Since you're based out of India, it's not easy to get an interview call in the first place. The primary reason is that there is no guarantee to get a Visa. H1B visa goes through lottery process.
