Currently have an offer from plaid. TC is about 180k for l3
Have 2 other offers (airbnb & snowflake) that are offering about 220-230k tc for l4
Plaid seems to have some nice growth potential though, any thoughts? Is the short term pay difference going to pay off in the future? And a lower level for now?
