Worked at Microsoft close to 6 years. Have above average TC, a great team who are kind and respectful, cool problems, and TBH an easy job where I can slack a bit.
I recently accepted an offer at another company that will increase my TC over 60% and is up-and-coming by industry and community standards.
The reason I'm switching is because I feel like I'm not learning as much and the tools and processes are old and outdated for the industry, and because I wanted to increase my TC.
Now that I accepted the offer, I feel really nervous that I might be leaving a team of good people for a "greedy" reason.
Anyone else feel like this? How do you get over it?

But that’s life.
I think it’s healthy to not get too comfortable in an industry like ours.
