I think she means the expected/healthy/benchmark net worth for you? Not the actual net worth but how much it should be.

Not sure if it still makes sense.

So a 60 yr old about to retire making 100k is worth 300k? That doesn't even make sense, 300k to retire off of isn't much of a retirement and you'd be poor if all you had saved up at 60 making 100k/yr is 300k.
