I've been in a process for a DS position at an LLC startup in the bay area. As far as I talked to them, the culture, the environment, the projects I'll be working on, and the team members are great. But my concern is that I heard that they have flexibility to manage people like they can easily fire employees.
It'd be awesome if you answer them for me.
Here are my questions.
1. Has anyone worked at an LLC before?
2. Is there anything should I know before joining the company?
3. Can I expect the avg base salary in the bay area even though it is an LLC?
4. If you think I shound take the job, why not?
Thank you.

Let's say the avg for base salary is 130k in the area. How much can I expect to get paid?
I've seen two different early llc employees promised various things, one via contract the other via stake, and neither got paid out when the companies were bought. Just assume your base is all you're getting.
Shouldn't I much concern about working at LLC?
