You should definitely try to negotiate on sign on and rsu. They won’t go higher than this on base.
Last week I received an offer from aws as well.
I still haven’t received updated offer letter from Microsoft
Basically Microsoft has been super slow in this whole process :| but it worked well for me as I received a counter offer.
However, if you push harder, you can increase every component TBH.
For Redmond, base can definitely go upto $151k, RSU can go upto $160k and sign on upto $50k. All these are based on numbers I've personally seen for L61.
