Hello Blind,

Currently I’m a contractor at Google for Google Cloud. I am very happy with my role and I believe I have an amazing team. I enjoy my work and there is a slight opportunity to go full time later on (but ofcourse it’s an assumption)

Recently, I got two offers for similar roles. The first one is at Twitter and it’s a contract to hire role. The team members I have met during the interviews have been amazing and gave me good first impressions. This is permanently remote.

I also have an offer from DocuSign for a full-time role. This is for SF downtown. The interview went well but was dragged over two months. The team seems good.

Offers:

Google (Current position, contract)
TC: 120K

Twitter (Contract to hire)
TC: 128K

DocuSign (Full Time)
Base: 115K
RSU: 100k (Vested over 4 years)
Bonus: 8%

Ofcourse I know the full time position is a no brained compared to contracting but I don’t want to lose the chance of getting a full time chance at Google in the future (two of my teammates who were contractors previously were converted)
