Obviously people aren't thrilled about the stock price, but that has more to do with the fact that we can't seem to articulate our value proposition than anything to do with Teams directly.
Whereas Teams is crafted mainly around how Microsoft employees probably chat with each other everyday. Features for people who face a constant firehose of emails and chats. Teams also uses ActiveDirectory identity, and its "integration" involves other Microsoft products having Teams support coded directly into them. Like click on a name in an email, start a chat, that kind of stuff.
But then there's also so much growth in tech going forward which is why it's not all that bleak for Slack just yet and both them and Microsoft can thrive together in this space. They just need to become profitable and worst case someone acquires them.
