Didn't pass any single onsite interviews in past 4 months

I have been working very hard to get a high paying job. I am a Software Engineer with 2 yoe and my TCs is in 5 digits. I have been rejected by LinkedIn, Microsoft (twice), Google, Goldman Sachs, Amazon. I always reach to the final stages but I am not able to crack any of it. Feeling depressed. Any one had same experience? How did you manage to get through it?

It sounds like it's your communication/personality.

You wouldn't have made it that far if it were technical issues.

Likely you're always the guy that the hiring team is like "he's technically strong, but we just don't vibe with him as much as this other guy, and we can only hire one".

The bar is really high for coding interviews

  • I've failed about 10 in the last 6 months. Is hard but I try to think of each as practice for the one that I will pass.

  • I failed 4 on-site in a row before getting an offer. I had to keep improving myself. I also requested feedback.

I did a lot of preparation to try to be good at coding interviews, system design interviews, and behavioral interviews. Each time I got rejected, I brainstorm how better I can prepare to try and do a better job.
