Currently in Marketing Analytics at Dentsu (agency) with $80k base and no bonus ($80k TC) with 2.5 years YOE total. Offer from ADP for similar role (marketing analytics) for $115k base and 10-15% bonus based on performance ($127k - $132k TC). I'm also applying to marketing analytics role at midtier tech companies like Stripe, Square, and Databricks. Thoughts? Both roles are 100% remote with no direct reports and I live in a LCoL location. Thinking I should maybe try to get more interviews as this is the first tech company I interviewed with but the TC is pretty nice TBH. Team and WLB is nice for me at Dentsu - especially when I look at other roles within the agency. #ads #growth #marketing #adp #tech
I’m surprised ADP is offering a fully remote position? They have been pushing everyone back to an office , or into a OneADP location. But as previous post said, they are not a tech company, even though they want want to be. If you want to work at a tech company, I wouldn’t pick ADP.
Thanks for sharing! I'm also pretty deep in the interviewing process for Stripe and that is my ideal type of company to join (even though their RSU policy isn't the best and they are probably overvalued). They are thinking around $220k TC which I would 100% take since that is more than my parent's make (again, LCoL area).

To be very clear; ADP is a payroll automation company, not a tech company. I don’t say this to be mean. Don’t expect tech companies to see ADP and believe that ADP is a tech company. You might have an “in” in other financial services companies.
Thanks for the heads up! Will definitely continue interviewing. My desired path is Agency --> mid size tech company --> FAANG or tier 1 tech company (Meta seems good)
