Hey guys,

I am a non-tech, non-software engineer trying to get into tech. I have an interview with amazon and as I understand they focus heavily on behavioral questions revolving around their 14-16 leadership principles.

Are there any hiring managers here from amazon who could share question bank for the hiring manager interview and interview loop at l3 and l4 level? Also, any tips on how to prepare will be greatly appreciated.

    No sys design. LC easy medium. Refer to Amazon list in LC.

    Not a hiring manager, but I think we don’t have a question bank for system design/ ds&a problems.

      Yea, i get it. But the behavioral questions which revolves around leadership principles would be same regardless of software, non-software background, isnt it? Also, if there is such thing as a question bank.

      There is indeed a question bank related to behavioral problems. And interviewers are encouraged not to use questions from the bank. The material of question bank is marked as highly confidential.
