Is every company’s Internal blind channel negative

Joined Zillow from Amazon last week.

The Zillow channel mostly has negative posts ( not as bad as Amazon though).

Was very excited start at Zillow. Still am but browsing though the internal chat kind of dampened by enthusiasm

    Of course it will be negative. People love complaining. While working at Google, they said that users respond 10 times more often if unhappy than happy. I assume that generally holds. Plus, there is a reinforcement effect of negativity when people are talking to each other.
