AMZN SDE3 Onsite - Pass (As A PMT).
I had an onsite, and through the process the team found me to be a strong PM-T hire. I don’t have any product experience on my resume, but I have been passionate and heavily involved with the process of shipping products as an engineer. I also have a first-to-market startup that I’ve solely developed, which is currently being testing through closed user testing. If your team is hiring a PM-T please let me know! That’s the first I have heard of that happening. Congrats if you wanted to move to product.
So you interviewed for Sr. SDE and they extended an Sr. PMT offer? Wow...
We talked a lot about process, and they were all curious about my start up. After the onsite I felt like the theme was strikingly product centric. I may have done it to myself.
