Not prepared at all. Too much work at office. Shall I cancel the interview? I can try later, no? Or will I be blacklisted? Thanks!
Go ahead reschedule the interview. Dont push it for a long period of time. Week or two should be fine.
I am thinking of canceling it because I want to apply later if the position is not filled. Now I don’t think I am prepared for phone or onsite. Would that cause harm later?
How long have you known about this interview? If I were you, I’d start studying the 14 LP’s and have good work related examples for each. You should already know the tech side going in, but if you prepare by doing the above, the behavioral based questions will be a breeze! I would just go through with it if I were you. You have today to do what I recommended and canceling completely will look bad.
LP related questions are the most difficult ones imho. Tell me about a time when you took calculated risk? Or tell about your biggest innovation ..
Too much work at office in SAP? That's a news.. No one gets blacklisted.. My friend postponed interview continously for 4 months and finally got an offer
Haha.. Recruiter asks about availability for the next 2 weeks or so always, no?
Yes, they usually ask for availability in next 2-3 weeks. If you are not prepared then u can say u r not available for next 5 weeks or so. It's better than committing and postponing though doing that few times isn't a problem but don't overdo it. I postponed my Google interview 3 times after it was scheduled and the first question I got in my first interview was about my interest level in Google
Reschedule and push it back few weeks. They have tons of jobs. Someone gets no-recycle and strong no hire( only if the candidate is mentality unstable, super rude or has absolutely no potential ). Focus on the LPs. Domain knowledge that isn't coacheable is a a big no.
If you are jot prepared you should cancel or push back the interview a few months. You may get blacklisted if you do terri-bad on the interview.
Nobody gets blacklisted for doing terribly bad.
Doesn't the interview process have an option for do not recycle?
