Google avg salaries with the certs and answer it yourself. YOE and certs to validate knowledge can help you in a job search. If you're an SDE it doesnt really help. If you're trying to become a Systems Developer, Solutions Architect, or Cloud Consultant it helps.
From a hiring perspective, not really. Might be useful if you work at a AWS consultancy but I imagine they would pay for it.
