AWS Herndon L5 TC

Hey guys, I applied to AWS before and got a super lowball offer. I'm wondering if certain roles make more than others in AWS Herndon location. I previously got an offer for Associate Cloud Engineer for base 80k, bonus 22k, and 50 shares. I had 4 yoe. For Associate, I'm thinking it was probably a L4. What are the differences between offers for an L4 and L5? I have 6 yoe now, so I'm looking at L5 positions and want to know the TC range looks like. Do other roles get better offers? Like for SDE or Data Engineer or BI Engineer or Solution Architect? #offer #career #tech #aws
