Is it every year? What month? Is it a % of your initial grant or has to do with yearly performance?

They’re used to make sure you’re projected to make your target comp. If you’re already set to make more than that, you get nothing.

In short, there are no refreshers. You better love your initial offer because there is nothing more coming for years regardless of how well you perform.

So what happens after the initial grant fully vests? What’s the refresher like to keep people at target comp? Still trying to figure out why some people stay at AMZN.
