AWS Sales OTE? L4/L5

Does anyone have compensation information around On Target Earnings for an L4/L5 Account Managers for AWS? From my understanding its a 70% base/30% variable pay but curious as to the actual numbers. For SWEs- OTE = Base + Comission. We still get stocks and bonuses (TC) but most sales care more about OTE. Asking mainly about Inside Account Managers, thanks.

YOE for these roles: 3-5 Locations: Seattle, LA, NY, SF

I heard from a friend For someone 2 YoE $120K-$150K Total Comp, including sign on bonus for year 1-2 and 4 year vesting RSUs So for you, I'd imagine around $150-$180k? Also they told me they were 60% base 40% variable
