I have a phone interview coming up for the above position with AWS and just spent a solid two hours reviewing past posts about the PS phase. There seems to be split between whether the PS is behavioral given by a recruiter or whether it’s technical given by the hiring manager, though most AWS mentions sound like the latter. Can any Amazon/AWS weigh in? I’ve got the LPs down for either, but not sure if I should be boning up for technical. Was referred by an employee if that makes any difference in the interviewing approach. TIA
