Hi, I'm looking for any guidance to prepare for AWS Solution Architect - Infra + Data Analytics. Any pointer in terms of coaching for interview techniques... #aws #amazon #cloud #dataanalytics
Read about LP and get your examples for each one. Do not try to use same example so many times. There are many online resources on understanding LP's.
Lol
What is an LP?
Read everything here -> https://www.datacenters.com/news/different-data-storage-types-which-is-right-for-your-business
You'll be asked to design an architecture solution and deliver a white boarding session on it to a team of Sr. SAs. You'll get an assignment few days before the tech round. You'll be judged based on technical feasibility of your proposed solution, Disaster recovery, high availability, cost, scalability, future adoption, durability etc. There might be a phone screen scheduled before this round to go through your resume and any architecture designing projects that you may have done in the past with special focus on data analytics technologies. After the white board session, there'll be 3-4 LP rounds.
I’m looking for a referral for AWS SA role. Can someone please help me out?
Dm me.
What was the white boarding round? What tool did you use?
I studied the Stephen Maarek Course on Udemy for $10 & the white papers by amazon. Was able to pass within 2 weeks.
Hey @cuup32 which course of stephen there are currently a lot of courses on udemy also if you can give me any more pointers that would be awsm
Stephen Maerek won't prep you for an SA interview at AWS. They don't actually ask you AWS specific questions. His courses are fantastic for getting your cert though. For an SA interview, i was asked things about RTO and RPO. Different types of storage. Difference between udp and tcp. osi model. what is CI/CD. blue/green deployments. Raid. They don't ask you any AWS questions.
