fellas... can some explain about a Tech Ops manager role at AWS, its level 6 job. whats the growth potential, is the interview technical or more LP, whats the compensation like ?

Yes It is a Level 6 Tech Ops Manager for Premium support.
Around 250k TC base of 160 BUT I'm going off a similar job code not the same exact one. Day to day operations will be to manage a team of cloud support associates and engineers. Your direct reports will he answering chats, emails, and phone calls from external customers and trouble shooting their infra/platform. Youd be handling escalations and monitoring productivity. Mentorship and helping your employees launch their careers. Growth wise it is a very good role, but youd probably be an L6 for a while unless you make a name for yourself and manage other managers. Its doable, but L6 is considered a career position.
