What is the process to get feedback/response after on-site interview for non-tech. What are the patterns to recognize whether it’s a good news or hold? Is that based on delay in response ? Sent a thank you note to hiring manager and asking for feedback, no response. He was very interactive before the on site. Does the recruiter and hiring manager have access to the all the interviewers feedback before the loop meeting? First time attended FANG interview. Have no idea on the process. Appreciate if you can share your interview experience I had two phone screens, recruiter briefing, one write up submission, 6 interviewers on site. I have done interviews pretty well, fumbled little bit with hiring manager ( did not follow STAR, but addressed all his questions/comments). One of the interviewer(I think it’s bar raiser, based on the conversation and questions) said they are meeting today for loop. How much time recruiter takes to convey the message back? Thanks in advance!
You will hear back from the recruiter within a week. If not, email the recruiter for an update. Do not reach out to anyone else, including the HM.
I have an interview coming up and talked to the recruiter a few days ago. He said that company policy is they do not offer detailed feedback on interviews (other than to tell you they want you to work at amazon, or they don’t want you to work at amazon).
Typically they will get back to you within one week from your on-site interview. Recruiters at Amazon are pretty good about following up so you can check with the recruiter towards the end of 7 days asking for an update.
