please guide if below offer is good base - 150k bonues - 90k (over 2 years) RSU - 108K ( vested over 4 years) YOE - 10 years Relevant experience - 7 years
Just curious, does PS at AWS follow the L4,5,6,etc pay grade or is it something different?
They are offering this for L5 level

What's the vesting cycle?
As usual 5% 1st year, 15% 2nd year and then 20% every 6 months
They came back after negotiations and offered 5% more on base , signing bonus and stocks
Did you had any competing offers?
No competing offers but currently i make more than 190k and hoping for a raise soon so the difference was actually just 7-15% with more travel so finally rejected it , also i was surprised that they interviewed for senior position and then were offering me junior position for a role so those were kind of red flags for me
Someone that I know with about the same exp as yours joined recently and makes about the same.
