Hello everyone, My friend got an offer from intel Arizona fab. Base is 112,000. Initially offer annual performance bond is 6% of base, however after negotiations, HR send out final offer with 3% APB. This doesn’t make sense to me. Is it Intel’s new rule of offer negotiation strategy? How can Intel HR send out offer with reduced compensation after negotiation? #offer #intel #hardware Base: 112000 APB: 6% —> 3% of base QPB target: 6k Sign on bonus: 6k cash + 5k stock
Qpb is 6%
What role and grade? I think point their attention to it, it will probably be a mistake
What grade is the position
10yrs back. Grade 5 was-74k
Ew... Go to a company that uses the chips for a base well above that. Seriously gross.
6% is for quarterly bonus usually (qpb). 3% APB is the base, but there's a multiplier between 1 and 3, so your APB is usually between 3% and 9%.
So, do you usually get a minimum 27% of your base pay as bonus?
Standard APB is around 3.3% I guess. Recruiter must have made a mistake earlier. QPB should be 6-7%.
Where are they making the the SHA256 ASICS?
6 is a mistake. She might have said 6 for qpb. Atleast till grade 6 no one gets more than 3.3-4 for apb. So 3.3 is good and standard. She for sure misspelled or got confused with qpb
Why you assume is a "she"?
Lmao oh god
